Melina Perez Bio

Melina currently serves as manager for Johnny Nitro and is a part of the Tag Team MNM in the WWE. Melina Perez was born on the 9th of March, 1979. Melina is a professional wrestler, currently working for World Wrestling Entertainment. Melina is involved with fellow Ohio Valley Wrestling alumnus and Tough Enough competitor John Hennigan.

A two time WWE Women’s Champion, Melina is commended for her ring access. Melina enters the ring while displaying the flexibility of her body. Melina enters in style by standing near the ring, lifting her right leg onto the apron; she performs a pling and then bends her upper body under the bottom rope. Melina’s entrance galla’s are labelled as “the greatest ring entrance in the history of sports entertainment” by Michael Cole and Tazz. Melina apart from bringing in a high level of physicality and aggression, she is very well known for her managerial skills. Melina has earned the nickname “The Barracuda” from WWE’s Jim Ross.

Randy Orton’s “Diva Lingerie” Contest, was the venue where Melina made her first appearance, in WWE, RAW. Melina also took part in the game of Limbo on RAW, with her were Stacy Keibler, Maria, Candice Michelle and Christy Hemme. Melina’s debut on SmackDown on April 14, 2007 was along with Johnny Nitro and Joey Mercury, Melina was appointed as a heel to the tag tea, forming the group MNM. Melina led MNM to Tag Team Championships. Melina recently started a feud with Tori Wilson. Melina won her first match against McCool, she pinned McCool 1-2-3. Melina is slotted to meet McCool at the Great American Bash in a Bra and Panties match.

Melina Signed up WWE and was sent to Ohio Valley Wrestling farm in March 2004. Cappotelli got Melina in by taunting her ex-boyfriend Johnny Nitro. Melina turned on Cappotelli and aligned herself with Johnny Nitro once again. Later Melina Johnny Nitro and Joey Mercury won the Southern Tag Team Championship on November 10. They together are now known as MNM. Melina’s debut pro wrestling match was with Ariel Vixen from ECW. “The Barracuda”, as Melina’s called so very rightly by JR, has a body to die for and is an aggressive wrestler in the ring.
